The Visitor CRM Module of the DMS is designed to manage all the consumer information that is accumulated from the TIC, Call Centre and Web Site activity on a day-to-day basis. For all departments it will also act as a Customer Relationship Management tool providing the user with the usual audit trail of communications with each and every prospective visitor to the region.
