Automated Campaigns

Every day personalised and targeted email and SMS messages can be dispatched without any resource from your teams. By creating an automated campaign to send messages based on data criteria messages can be automatically dispatched at an optimum time. For example, dynamic, targeted emails can be triggered by customer data (e.g. 3 weeks prior to birthday), purchase history (e.g. 6 months since last purchase - offering complementary products), or email behaviour (e.g. clicked on specific promotion link).

Delivery and Content Checking

Ensuring your messages arrives in the inbox, looking as you want them to regardless of browser and at the optimum time is critical. Within the application our Content Checker analyses your campaign in spam filters and firewalls, highlighting each area causing negative scoring in your html and copy. It also provides a rendered view of your campaign in 27 major browsers so you can ensure the messages looks as you want and reflects your brand regardless of the browser used by your customers. Our relationships with all major ISP’s including whitelistings and bonded sender programs ensure your messages are treated as priority delivery and with over 2 million messages dispatched an hour, messages arrive when you want them to arrive.

Realtime Reporting

Communicator’s response engine provides detailed real-time statistics and analysis of every message and campaign sent. Reports detailing who viewed, when, what they clicked on, operating system, browser, undelivered messages with explanations, unsubscribers, mobile network and much more can all be viewed, downloaded as data or available to view and download in a graphical format.

The amount of data from every campaign is considerable. This can then further be analysed, comparing the behaviour of males v females, webmail users, previous customers or analysing results against previous campaigns.
