VisitBuckinghamshire has updated its website to capitalise on the busy summer season and promote its participation in the London 2012 Olympic Games.
New Mind originally developed the site 5 years ago. The new version, www.visitbuckinghamshire.org, utilises a template design, providing a shorter delivery time and a more cost-effective solution. The site promotes Buckinghamshire's beautiful countryside, fabulous food and shopping and glorious gardens, all to be found in the three key tourism areas of the Vale of Aylesbury, The Chilterns and the Thames Valley.

A dedicated Olympics area promotes Buckinghamshire's key role in the event, aiming to ensure that everyone who lives or works there will take inspiration from the games. Stoke Mandeville Stadium will provide world class training facilities for potential olympians and Eton College Rowing Centre has also been selected as a host venue.
The VisitBuckinghamshire team aims to keep the site updated on a regular basis with olympics news, featured attractions and special offers.
Sarah Uhart at VisitBuckinghamshire comments "New Mind offered a range of solutions for VisitBuckinghamshire and the template site is a practical and affordable option. The project team was really helpful and flexible and created a site that looks fresh and interesting. Any concerns were quickly addressed and amendments made to suit our needs. The site went live on time and the training received by New Mind made the change to the new eCMS seamless. "
