Managing Director of New Mind, Richard Veal, has been nominated for the Institute of Directors Young Director of the Year Award.

The award recognises and celebrates the best and most dynamic directors across the UK. The nominations for the North West are based on the contribution of directors to both their businesses and the local community in the regions of Cheshire, Cumbria, Lancashire, Liverpool and Manchester. Judging criteria includes the directors' vision of the company, their achievements over the last 2 years, their approach to the company culture and how they have helped to shape their industry.

A gala awards ceremony will take place on 18th September at the City of Manchester Stadium and will be hosted by BBC Inside Sports presenter and the female face of football, Gabby Logan.
