Development is due to commence on the Advanced Marketing Module of New Mind's DMS.
The objective for the new work is to enhance the tracking capability for our customers' marketing campaigns. Currently New Mind's tourism clients make a considerable investment in destination marketing across a wide range of on and off-line media. Following the development, clients will have access to an audit trail of consumer responses across multiple campaigns.
Version 1.18 of New Mind's DMS will provide total visibility by allowing a complete history of consumers' market sources to be stored, retrieved and reported on when necessary. The effectiveness of marketing campaigns can be recorded and evaluated against the revenue generated from bookings. Users will be able to identify which campaigns were the most effective and drill down to individual elements of the campaign eg. adverts in specific publications, e-marketing campaigns, website competitions and promotions and pay-per-click advertising.
