One NorthEast is the first of New Mind's tourism clients to integrate the Communicator eCampaign Management solution into their Destination Management System, known as Desti.ne.

One NorthEast has been working in partnership with the County Durham Tourism Partnership on the project and are already starting to see the benefits of the new solution.

Communicator was one of twelve eCampaign Management solutions to be shortlisted by New Mind last year following an extensive research exercise. Communicator was selected based on its depth of functionality, scaleability, compatability with the DMS and its ability to deliver best value to our clients, both now and in the future.

Communicator is more than an email marketing solution. It allows organisations to manage all of their digital communications through a single, easy to use web interface. Functionality includes:-

Targeting - integration with the DMS allows data collected from bookings, brochure requests etc. to be utilised for eMarketing campaigns

Personalised Content - Messages can be personalised based on preferences stored within the DMS

Automated Campaigns - DMS data can be used to trigger automatically despatched emails or SMS messages eg. for birthdays or intervals between bookings

Delivery - a content checker analyses your email against spam filters and firewalls and provides suggestions on any problem areas

Communicator 1

Visibility - real-time statistics and analysis of every message and campaign sent is available via sophisticated reporting functionality including click analysis, conversion tracking, unsubscribes etc.
