Account Management

At New Mind we understand that technology is only part of the story and that the account management you receive is a critical part of the overall solution.

To this end, when you become a client of New Mind or one of our global partners, you will be assigned a nominated tourism professional to manage your account for the life of the contract. The approach we take is a consultative one and, to ensure that you are given the best advice, all our account managers have previously worked in destination management organisations themselves. This means that they fully understand your issues and objectives and have real experience in trying to address the same challenges that you will be facing.

At New Mind, account management really is seen as a pivotal service, bridging the gap between our technical development team and you the client. Another way to think of the Account Manager is the client in absentia, keeping a watchful eye on the implementation of the project to make sure that what is being delivered is what you are expecting.

Once the initial project has gone live, your Account Manager will then work with you on an ongoing basis to make sure that you are using the tools in the e-tourism platform in the optimum way. Similarly, as you progress with your destination management and marketing, your Account Manager will recommend appropriate products and services that you could take advantage of to help you achieve your goals or improve your performance.

All in all, your account manager is there as a trusted advisor, who listens to and understands your strategy and then makes sure that your utilisation of the e-tourism platform is giving you the best return on your investment.
