Kiosk

Although New Mind does not provide, install or support kiosk hardware we can work with local hardware providers and implement our Kiosk solution, subject to a hardware review.

The kiosk application can run on most touch-screen kiosks and we have many successful implementations.

The solution features maps just like the web site. It also has a feature to print out the information if the hardware has provision for a roll printer as many of them do.

The Kiosk screen pulls information about providers (hotels, attractions, restaurants, etc) directly from the DMS in the same way as a destination web site.  The DMO has exactly the same degree of control over what is featured and how each provider is displayed.  Furthermore the DMO h has control over editorial content through the Content Management System, in the same way as for web pages.

It is possible to measure how much the Kiosk is being used through the Management Reports section of the DMS.  A web stats package dedicated to the Kiosk Application is also available.
