Consumer Importer

Whether the user is buying-in mailing lists or wishing to import data that has been collected from an external source – i.e. at a travel show, it is nice to know that the DMS provides a dedicated Consumer Import Tool for the purpose.

Accepting any csv format file, the tool facilitates the mapping of fields from the source record onto the consumer database in the DMS. This effectively puts the Marketing team in charge of their own data management, allowing imports to be done at will without having to request manual transfers from the New Mind support team.
