Photosynth
New Mind has recently collaborated with Microsoft and VisitBrighton on the launch of Microsoft’s latest Photosynth technology. The Photosynth software analyses digital photographs and generates a 3-D model by 'stitching' the photos together. With the integration of Photosynth into Virtual Earth, users across the globe will be able to create detailed 3-D views of anything from places to products and from hotels to homes.
As a pilot destination, VisitBrighton recognised the potential of Photosynth, both to tourism businesses and visitors to Brighton. As a result of the integration on this site, New Mind can now offer this facility to our clients through the eCMS, meaning they can add synths to attractions on their destination sites.
