New Mind | tellUs is offering a unique opportunity for one of its UK DMO clients to carry out a heavily subsidised in-depth analysis of its site traffic in order to ensure that all future marketing efforts are targeted with pinpoint accuracy.
A partnership with global marketing company, Crimtan was launched in May 2014 and the destinations which have taken advantage of Crimtan's targeting and prospecting solutions are already reaping the rewards.
New Mind | tellUs is now looking to recruit a UK DMO to take part in a pilot project which will use the revolutionary Prospecting technique to deliver increased levels of targeted traffic to a destination website whilst also significantly raising awareness of the destination brand.
The pilot will involve the implementation of Crimtan's campaign planning tool, Architect which builds lifestyle, demographic and geographic profiles of converting website visitors in terms of:
- best performing locations
- most relevant lifestyle interest and purchase intent segments
- best performing age, gender, time of day/week and income
providing real insights into the relative performance of users who visit the destination's site and purchase compared to those who don't. DMOs can then ensure that they focus their marketing budget on those people who are most likely to convert.
The data obtained can help us to answer questions such as:
- are certain demographic segments more responsive than others?
- are certain cities more likely to convert?
- which are the best performing behavioural segments?
- at what time of day are visitors more likely to convert?
Crimtan is then able to use this data to push adverts to web users, across their network of advertisers, based on their interests, browsing behaviours and other demographics. This ensures that your destination is promoted to relevant audiences with pinpoint accuracy.
Our proposed campaign will run for 5 - 6 weeks, delivering 2.5m impressions of your chosen banner ads. The banner ads will not be shown more than 3 times to the same user so around 800k relevant people would see the adverts.
